Holiday flotilla of boats that runs from Snow's Cut to Carolina Beach Boat Basin and back. Local News anchors and media persons will judge from Harbor Master's Restaurant, Carolina Beach, NC. Eight cash prizes will be awarded in 4 categories. Boat categories are: over 24 ft, up to 24 ft., commercial, special creativity prize for 17 ft.
